Girl Scout cookies vs calendars

"Girl Scout Cookies were sold annually by local councils around the country until World War II, when sugar, flour, and butter shortages led Girl Scouts to begin selling Girl Scout calendars to raise money for their activities." -www.GirlScouts.org

I think they should go back to selling calendars as a fundraiser as a way to promote healthy eating. (They do sell magazines and nuts in the fall)
